Setting Boundaries Makes for a More Fulfilling Life

Saying no does not make you a bad person. It is something you have to do, if needed, for your wellbeing. It is impossible to meet everyone’s expectations and spread yourself thin doing all the things you have committed to. If you want to avoid needless pressure and stress, you have to firmly say no to things you cannot do without sacrificing the time you need to focus on the more important ones. Setting clear boundaries protects your emotional, mental, and physical health. It is necessary in building positive relationships to people around you and in nurturing your self-worth.

Know and accept your limits

You have to know and accept your boundaries. Understand the limits of what you allow to happen in your life. Everything you accomplish depends on your ability to focus on the things that are important in pursuing your personal goals. You cannot let anyone use your compassion, kindness, and willingness to help manipulate you to abandoning your own goals. You have to protect your own dreams and the time you need to work on them. And you have to stay true to your own beliefs.

Emotional boundaries. Healthy relationships uplift and strengthen you. On the flipside, unhealthy attachments can make you emotionally vulnerable. Behaviors and words that chip away your self-esteem should not be acceptable. The longer you stay in relationships that do you no good, the longer it robs you of opportunities to grow.

Mental or psychological boundaries. Your beliefs, choices, and decisions are your own. Weak boundaries, however, can inadvertently allow others to influence your thoughts. Finding ways to set boundaries empowers you to gain clarity of your personal belief systems and try to live up to them in your own way.

Physical boundaries. The sense of privacy and personal space may vary from person to person. But they form part of the physical boundaries many choose to protect. Setting clear physical boundaries can help establish limits as to how much physical distance, level of closeness, and infringement on your privacy you are willing to tolerate.

Setting boundaries

Be nice but stand your ground. Your personal boundaries and feelings matter as much as others’. Use assertiveness and directness to send your message. Just make sure to do it in a nice way. Be clear about the message you wish to send instead of letting others guess or figure it out for themselves. While many people may be more discerning than others, being direct minimizes the chance of misinterpretations and misunderstandings.

Honor your feelings. Pay attention to your feelings, especially when it involves anger and discomfort. Anger caused by resentments or frustrations may suggest that you are pushing beyond your limits to meet others’ expectations. It would help to keep in mind that something that you would willingly or happily do for others would not trigger ill feelings or negative emotions from you.

All You Need Is Greatly Brewed Coffee

coffee

We all know how life can be for some people. Admit it or not and aside from the fact that their daily work schedules can become too hectic and too heating without much of a warning, there’s also what society allows them to think about themselves – further decreasing their chances of making a report so good on a certain day just because of what other people said about them.

We also know how life can be for other people. Believe it or not and aside from the fact that their daily home schedules can become too frantic and too pressuring without much of a warning, there’s also what society allow them to feel about themselves – further decreasing their chances of making a report so great on a certain day just because of what other people did about them.

These groups of people, unfortunately, are the ones we do shun in every way for coming out of the closet…

But you know what?

These groups of people, fortunately, are the same ones who do not shun us in every way for coming out of the house…

That’s because for them, all you need is greatly brewed coffee – especially one made from those in Coffee Channel. And by this, it means that no matter who you are and no matter what you’ve gone through, you still deserve to take a breather from the heat you constantly find yourself in at work. No matter what other people may think about you, you deserve to think good about yourself. No matter what you may also think about you, you deserve to think great about yourself. But of course, who could also forget about this fact: You are worth it and just like no other, in every way and in every perspective – no matter who you are in this life.

And that’s also because for them, all you need is greatly brewed coffee – even one made from those in the same brand mentioned above. And by this, it means that no matter who you are and no matter what you’re going through, you still deserve to make a changer from the pressure you constantly find yourself in at home. No matter what other people may feel about you, you deserve to feel good about yourself. No matter what you may also feel about you, you deserve to feel great about yourself. And of course, who could also forget about this fact: You deserve every bit of happiness in this world, in every way and in every perspective – no matter what you are in this life.

You Are Worth It

self-worth

Life is beautiful. Life is good. Life is perfect.

But just like watching birds fly over the horizon with a naked eye, there are some things in life that we’ll never fully understand no matter how we try. That’s when life becomes ugly. That’s when life becomes bad. That’s when life becomes flawed. And just like watching birds fly over the horizon with spotting scopes, there are some things in life that we’ll only understand if we try. That’s when life becomes beautiful again. That’s when life becomes good again. That’s when life becomes perfect again.

It’s a never-ending cycle of understanding.

You see, we are life itself. We are responsible for our lives. We are responsible for those around us. We are responsible for the things we do. We are responsible for the places we go. You also see, life itself is us. Life is also responsible for us. Life is also responsible for those around us. Life is also responsible for the things we do. Life is also responsible for the places we go.

The only thing that we are not responsible for is what other people see. The only thing that life is not responsible for when it comes to us is what other people experience. You can always see things in a different perspective, but others may still not see what you saw. You can also always experience things in a new way, but others may still not experience what you experienced.

Likewise, other people are not responsible for what you see. And likewise, other people are not responsible for what you experience. They might see things in one perspective, but you may still not see what they saw. They might experience things in one way, but you may still not experience what they experienced.

The only thing we are responsible for is how we react to others’ actions towards us. Likewise, the only thing other people are responsible for is how they react to your actions towards them. The only thing life is responsible for is making sure that important lessons are learned constantly.

That’s why, you are worth it. No matter what other people say to you, you are worth it. No matter what other people do to you, you are worth it. No matter what you say to other people, your worth is still the same: priceless. No matter what you do to other people, your worth will never change: priceless.

You are worth it. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.

Been through a lot lately? Maybe it’s time for you to purchase a paint sprayer from PaintSprayerMag and start your painting journey! Just like any other hobby, spray painting can offer mental benefits, among these are:

Relief from stress

woman-stressed

Everyone gets stressed—that includes kids and adults! Studies show that an average individual comes up with 60,000 thoughts every single day, and around 95% of them are entirely the same! Stress is something we can’t avoid. But being stressed and anxious all the time can affect our brains and our ability to think. This is where painting comes in to extend its help. As a form of artistic activity, it can help release stress from people who are struggling. It can help the mind loosen up and renew its energy. Letting go of troubles and worries will be easier with painting because it sends an individual to another world where he can escape and be himself without the discrimination, criticisms, and negative thoughts. Painting can also boost the creative mind while it’s alleviating mental strain, so it’s safe to say it’s also a great mental exercise that promotes the out-of-the-box kind of thinking.

Painting can mitigate anxiety and help a person forget the pressures of the world. This makes the mind healthier and more prepared to face another day or task.

Positivity

Painting also makes a person more optimistic about life by enabling the painter to finish a work of art. When we deal with colors, especially light ones, we tend to be happier and more lively. This makes painting an excellent activity for those who are easily discouraged about what’s going on in their current lives. Furthermore, painting allows newbies to get inspiration from expert painters, inspiring them and giving them the chance to learn unfamiliar cultures and techniques. Painting is also an excellent activity for self-expression, allowing the person to convey his or her feelings without pressure. This leads to a more positive way of thinking and living.

A Sense of Accomplishment

This activity also enables painters to have more self-confidence. After finishing a project or a piece of art, the amount of dopamine that will be released from the brain will increase. In case you forgot, dopamine is the feel-good neurotransmitter. It’s also referred to as the motivation molecule. Painting stimulates the release of dopamine which boosts concentration, focus, and drive, allowing the painter to have the feeling of fulfillment.

Anyone Can Swim In The Pool

gender

It’s not every day that a person, no matter who he is, can take a breather from the heat of his work life. It’s also not every day that a person, no matter what she does, can make a challenger from the pressure of his home life.

Those being said, I want to let you on in a little secret that is as huge as cleaning a pool more effectively.

Anyone can swim in a pool.

Anyone can swim in a pool for as long as they need to, just like taking a breather from the heat of your work life. Anyone can swim in a pool for as long as they have to, just like making a challenger from the pressure of your home life.

And by this, it means that you have the power to make yourself feel relaxed like you’re just floating over the water whenever you need to no matter who you are especially at work. And by this, it also means that you have the power to make yourself rejuvenated like you’re only breathing under the water whenever you have to no matter what you do even at home.

And by this, it also means that you alone have the power to make yourself feel relaxed like you’re just floating over the water whenever you need to no matter how heating it may be especially at work. And by this, it even means that you alone have the power to make yourself rejuvenated like you’re only breathing under the water whenever you have to no matter how pressuring it can be even at home.

Because that’s what swimming in a pool can do for you – for you to relax, no matter who you are and no matter how heating it is in life. Because at the end of the day, all you’ll really need is you being calm enough in mind to go through the motions of life without getting tired that easily.

Because that’s what swimming in a pool can do for you – for you to rejuvenate, no matter what you do and no matter how pressuring it is in life. Because at the end of the day, all you’ll really have is you being peaceful enough in heart to go through the motions of life without getting pained that easily.

Always Remember, Video Games Are For Everyone

video game

Admit it or not, there are still unspoken stigmas when it comes to playing video games. There’s the stigma that only those who have the means to buy consoles and games (wealth) can be called real players. There’s also the stigma that only those who have the means to upgrade consoles and games (power) can be called true players. There’s even the stigma that only those who have the means to play consoles and games (gender) can be called genuine players.

But you know what?

Nothing is truer than this fact: Video games are for everyone.

No matter what so-called real players say, video games are for everyone and can be played even if you don’t really have the means to buy a console or a game for yourself. After all, you can always play video games with a friend who is looking to hang out with you as you play paid games like Overwatch on PlayStation 4.

Because nothing is truer than this fact: Video games are for everyone.

No matter what so-called true players say, video games are for everyone and can be played even if you don’t really have the means to upgrade a console or a game for yourself. After all, you can always play video games with your child who is looking to spend time with you as you play free games like Paladins on Xbox One.

And because nothing is truer than this fact: Video games are for everyone.

No matter what so-called genuine player say, video games are for everyone and can be played even if you don’t really have the means to play a console or a game for yourself. After all, you can always play video games with your own who is looking to learn more with you as you play offline games like Diablo on ASUS RoG.

And yes…

It’s all because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of their daily work life – just by playing video games that can help their minds to be in sync the next day, thanks to a console’s ability to refresh one’s mind like no other with its antioxidant properties.

But yes…

It’s also because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to make a changer from the calm and peace of their daily home life – just by playing video games that can help their bodies to be in shape the next day, thanks to a game’s capability to rejuvenate one’s body like never before with its anti-inflammatory properties.

Be Inspired More Each Day

being inspired

Let’s face it.

With everything that’s going on around us, there will come a time where nothing good in life would inspire us. With everything that’s going on around our loved ones, there will also come a time where nothing good being said would inspire us. With everything that going on around other people, there will even come a time where nothing good being done would inspire us.

You might ask: How can you be inspired?

With all those cruelties other people are going through on a daily basis, how can you be inspired? Inspiration would just seem like an understatement of all those things that made you who you are today. With all those criticisms other people are taking in on a daily basis, how can you be inspired? Inspiration would also seem like an understatement of all those things that made what you are today.

But you know what?

Cruelty should never be a reason not to feel inspired. Criticism should also never be a reason not to feel inspired. In fact, nothing in this world should never be a reason not to feel inspired. Because no matter what you’ve gone through in life, it will make you who you are meant to be. And because no matter what you will go through in life, it will make you what you are meant to be.

Be inspired. Be inspired more. Be inspired more each day.

The cruelties in this world are nothing compared to the kindness of those around you, your loved ones, and other people. The criticisms in this world are a nothing compared to the appreciation of those around you, your loved ones, and other people. Even more so, everything in this world is nothing compared to the love you can give to yourself – and most especially, to those around you, to your loved ones, and to other people.

Be inspired. Be inspired more. Be inspired more each day.

Because all that matters in this world is kindness. And because all that matters in this world is appreciation. Most of all, all that matters in this world is YOU – the same you who have gone through many cruelties in life and who came out stronger than ever before later on, the same you who have gone through many criticisms in life and who came out passionate than ever before later on.

That’s right – YOU.

You, who matters in this world. You, who matters to those around you. You, who matters to your loved ones. You, who matters to other people.

Even you, who is using a rowing machine as of this moment…

How to Live an Optimistic Life

By The show

be positive

Learn to live with a positive outlook in life by following these tips:

  • Learn to accept that things won’t always be all right. Certain happenings might not be in your plan, but that’s okay. There’s a purpose for everything, and that’s for sure. Remember that in life, you can either win or learn––you can’t lose, unless you think you already did.
  • List your favorite verses or quotes that inspire you. Make sure you post them where they can easily be seen as soon as you wake up, perhaps near your door or mirror.
  • It’s fine to feel pessimistic. It’s acceptable if you can’t instantly change the way you think. If you’re a pessimist aiming to be an optimist, learn the value of patience. The process might take a while. You might feel upset at first, but remember, Jessie J says it’s okay not to be okay!

  • Have you ever encountered people that work like the wood routers in http://gardeningandhome.com/best-wood-router-guide/? These people hollow out a part of you, but instead of improving you like what wood routers do for home improvement projects, they harm you and make your life miserable. If you’re surrounded by negative people, keep your distance from them. They aren’t good for your total being.
  • Listen to music. Appreciate classical songs or other genres that can help you feel better about yourself.
  • Smile more.

smile yellow

  • Write down the things you’re thankful for and take a chance to read them every day. A grateful heart is a joyous heart!
  • Working out is an effective way to get rid of stress and clear your mind. Plus, you’ll be fit to do whatever’s on your bucket list if you exercise regularly.
  • Dress well and be confident about yourself. If you know you look good, you’ll feel good.
  • Look for the silver lining in every circumstance.

be positive

  • Sleep properly. Sleeping enough and not too much can improve your mood. You’ll also feel more energized and optimistic if you had sufficient rest.
  • Learn from your mistakes and others’ too. Accept that you can’t change the past, but you can do something about what is to come.

You Can Do Anything

you can

As much as we’d like to deny it, the fact remains that we all live in a world full of cruelty. As much as we’d like to deny it, the fact also remains that we all live in a world full of criticism.

The worst part of all? Both happens to be just about anyone in this world – be it a kid or a senior, be it a teen or a junior, be it a man or a woman, be it a gay or a lesbian, be it a Caucasian or a Negroid, be it a Nordic or a Mediterranean, be it a learner or a quitter, be it a healthy or a sickly, and the list goes on.

But you know what?

No matter who you are, no matter what gender you may have, no matter what race you are in, and no matter what you are only capable of – there’s always a silver lining for you. Even if you’re already a senior and you’re still a teen, you can always count on a silver lining to help you overcome what needs to be overcome. Even if you’re just a woman or obviously a man, you can always count on a silver lining to help you realize what needs to be realized. Even if still a healthy or already a sickly, you can always count on a silver lining to experience what needs to be experienced.

You might ask, though. What’s a silver lining got to do with anyone in the world?

You see, anyone in the world can be cruelled upon. You also see, anyone in the world can be criticized upon. However, there’s only a few who can act upon those who were cruel with them. However, there’s also a few who can act upon others’ cruelty. And however, there’s only a few who can advise upon those who were criticizing with her? However, there’s also a few who can advise upon others’ criticisms.

That’s when a silver lining enters. That’s when a silver lining makes one see the good side of every cruel person. That’s when a silver lining makes one experience the good side of every critical person. Moreover, that’s when a silver lining made me do whatever it is that I thought was never possible. Furthermore, that’s when a silver lining makes us do whatever it is that we thought were never possible.

Simply put, you can do anything.

Creating A Better Version Of Yourself

By The show

better person

No matter what you’ve gone through, you deserve better. No matter what you’ve done, you deserve better. No matter who you are, you deserve better.

Even more so, you deserve a second chance – to live happily.

And that chance? It’s creating a better version of yourself.

Here are some ways:

Learn how to forgive. Learn how to ask for forgiveness.

Creating a better version of yourself starts with no one else – but you. It also doesn’t start by forgetting those who hurt you nor by forgetting those you’ve hurt. It starts by forgiving other people for hurting you. It starts by forgiving yourself for hurting other people. Most of all, it starts by asking for forgiveness – not just to the people you’ve hurt, but also to Him.

Listen with the intent to understand. Not with the intent to respond.

Sometimes, all we need is someone who can listen to us – without any judgments, without any reprimands. The same goes for other people. Listen with your heart. Listen with your mind. Listen with your soul. Because in the end, it will all come down to your presence – by simply being there, listening with understanding and empathy.

Accept people for who they are. Everyone deserves to be respected.

No matter who they are, you should accept people for they are – including their strength and their weaknesses. No matter who they are, everyone deserves to be respected – including their values and their beliefs. People should not let anyone change them, just for others to accept them. People should also not let anyone strike them, just for others to respect them.

What do you think about this blog post? Are you looking to be a better person now? Or are you a better person now?

Do you know any other ways to create a better version of yourself? Share your ideas with us on the comments section below!
